The culinary offerings are based on traditional Filipino and Spanish cuisine. Seafood Amelie (scallops, shrimps and crabmeat in baked pastry and served with medallions of beef) is highly recommended. Savor it with French, Italian or Californian wine. Other drinks are also available.
